Production manager will be responsible for allocating labor resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • DME, B.E.
  • 8-12 year experience in Rubber Company as a production manager
  • Should have strong leadership skills
  • Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
  • Plan, organize and maintain the production schedule

  • Supervise the work of production supervisor and junior staff and evaluate production efficiency

  • Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
  • 4 to 7 years experience in manufacturing industry (Rubber industry experience is preferable)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949 documentation

  • Costing, negotiation & purchasing of metal parts, machining part, other chemicals, as per specification
  • Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders, monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items to ensure that all items are delivered to store on time
  • Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary
  • Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately
  • Responsible for monitoring and ensuring high-quality standards in production, inspecting processes and outputs.

    • Diploma / BE Mechanical
    • 3-7 years of experience in quality assurance
    • Prepare PPAP Documentation, 8D, APQP, ISO/IATF & Supplier Audits, Machining Process knowledge & Parts Supplier Development
    • Identify the root cause of quality problems, and coordinates modifications or other corrective actions
    • Awareness of different types of Measuring Instruments like Vernier calliper, Micrometre, Air gauge, plug gauge, snap gauge, PCD & run out, comparators, height, gauge and so on
    • Rejection control by using daily tracking concern
    • Review Day to day inspection of parts at In-Process & First piece approval
    • Customer complaint handling:- Understand and analysis customer raised concern initiated containment action within 48 hours and carry out root cause analysis with action plan with 8D,CAPA tool at supplier , updating 8D & supporting documents
    • Handle final & online inspection and customer complaints
    • Handling Instruments Calibration
    • Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures
    • Reviewing Quality Assurance reports
    • Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR
    • Facilitates planning and development of quality control systems for specified products or processes
    • Identify the root cause of quality problems, and coordinates modifications or other corrective actions

    Prepare invoice in ERP, coordinating with export customer through emails, generating reports. He will report to CEO.

  • Graduation in any stream
  • 3 to 7 years experience
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness in ERP
  • Preparing sales order
  • Provide the report to the management on a daily basis without any error
  • Handling HR and compliance procedures like Legal Standards, Internal statutory compliance & audit.

  • Attendance management, Payroll processing, Bonus, Gratuity calculations
  • MBA in Human resource or related field
  • 2 to 3 years experience as an HR Assistant
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, good typing speed
  • Development of new sales leads, business opportunities and new sales strategies to ensure the company’s growth.

  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
  • Degree or Master in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, and business development. Experience in CRM software
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
